Technical Support Representative
Department: Call Center
Reports To: Call Center Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of computer systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document all technical inquiries and solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex technical issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A solid experience in technical support roles and a familiarity with computers, networks, and streaming services required. Familiarity with a ticketing system and experience in troubleshooting software is a plus. Must be able to clearly communicate with customers on the phone including good overall phone skills. Excellent customer service and patience is essential. Must have good documentation skills and a willingness to learn.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Reports To: OSP Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Coordinate and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Amplex internet services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, maintain, and repair internet, VOIP, and other services at customer locations.
- Mount equipment in homes, barns, and other properties.
- Run cables in a neat, safe, and professional manner through attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Assist customers with internet and router setups to ensure seamless service.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. A background in service, labor, or customer service is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The job is a physical demanding position working outdoors in the local community. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be able to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and safely use a ladder. Must be able to lift/ carry up to 75lbs. Ability to lift, push, carry and pull supplies/tools/equipment. Must be able to wear composite work boots and other personal protective safety equipment.

Tower Technician/ Tower Climber
Reports To: OSP Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The installation and service of all tower equipment, related to the infrastructure of Amplex Internet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, Maintain, and Upgrade Access Points(Aps), Back Hauls(BHs), Cabling, Cabinets, mounting hardware at heights
- Climb and mount equipment to towers, water towers, grain elevators as needed
- Assist tower foreman with all aspects of tower upgrades, installs, and maintenance
- Serve as part of the on-call rotation for tower emergency or maintenance during off hours.
- Ability to problem solve issues or alerts with tower equipment
- Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as required
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is outdoors in extreme high and low temperatures and all forms of precipitation.
